If you’re enrolled in post-secondary education (or planning to) for tourism or hospitality, there are some great resources and funds out there waiting for you, like:

👉 BC Hospitality Foundation: it has 25+ scholarships open for BC applicants ranging in value up to $2K. Applicable for Sommelier, Food & Beverage, Culinary and Hospitality Specialties. Application criteria and deadlines vary, though most close March 31, 2021. Learn more at bchospitalityfoundation.com or @bchospitality.

👉 Les Dames d’Escoffier International (BC chapter): scholarships available for women in Culinary, Beverage or Hospitality (must be BC residents). Up to 30 scholarships ranging from $250 to $10K depending on requirements and funds available. Applications close Jan. 31, 2021. Learn more at lesdames.ca or @lesdamesbc.

👉 Canadian Hospitality Foundation: approximately $200K in scholarships annually, including Hospitality, Tourism, Food & Beverage, Event Management and Culinary. Applicable to Canadian citizens and landed immigrants only. Majority of CHF scholarships applications submitted via participating college/university directly.
