Three days, twelve restaurants.
It may look a little different this year, but the annual Chefs' Table Society of B.C. Wild Salmon Celebration is still swimming upstream in cities across BC starting tomorrow, Friday, August 21 through Sunday, August 23.

At Haven, guests can tuck into a broiled char siu salmon with fried onion mashed potatoes, charred broccolini, ginger soy vinaigrette and pea sprouts.
