t’s the first night of Hanukkah — the Jewish festival of lights — and what better way to celebrate the festivities than by some delicious dishes and kosher treats from Vancouver Chef @chefmenajem and @thelazygourmet founder Susan Mendelson?

In a new article for @stirvancouver, Editorial Director Gail Johnson details the culinary traditions that surround Hanukkah, which runs from December 10 through 18. The Lazy Gourmet’s Chanukah Gift Boxes contain items like latkes with sour cream and house-made spiced apple sauce, pastry chef Rebecca Rancier’s dreidel cookies, mini donuts and more.
