Congrats, L’Abattoir

A BIG shout-out to our pals (and one of the OG 23 restaurants that came together to help launch Breaking Bread back in mid-March) L’Abattoir, which celebrated its tenth anniversary last night.

Through thick and thin and COVID-19, this restaurant has earned its claim as a not-to-be-missed destination on Vancouver’s dining scene, and its longevity is a testament to its top-shelf bar program, elevated cuisine from Chef Lee Cooper and his team, and a heritage space that doesn’t get any less charming with social-distancing measures in place.

Our sincere congratulations to all past, present and future members of your team. Long may you run.
