‘New Normal’
As restaurants across Canada begin looking at how to reopen and rebuild, in BC, Premier John Horgan yesterday announced plans for restaurants to open with relaxed restrictions beginning next week, with an ask for industry specific guidelines to be developed with the help of WorkSafeBC.
The provincial organization offers a variety of helpful resources for hospitality workers, including risk-assessment tools, illness-prevention plans and physical distancing protocols. WorkSafe BC provided resources for the food and beverage industry as well as helpful FAQs as we look towards a ’new normal’ and getting back to business as best we can!
