First up, this tastes-as-good-as-it-looks Orange Raspberry Passionfruit Tart from our friends at Vancouver’s @beaucoupbakery. Almond frangipane, raspberries, orange zest, passionfruit ganache, fresh orange segments, raspberries, candied orange peel, decorated with chocolate pearls and shells.

It’s part of Beaucoup’s new ‘Mother of Pearl’ collection now available for preorder on their website.
